2. How to Request a Refund

• The plan you purchased and the date of purchase
• The reason for your refund request (this helps us improve, though it's not required)

3. Processing

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds and bank transfers typically take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

4. After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made after 7 days from your purchase date aren't automatically guaranteed, but reach out to us on WhatsApp anyway — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
