These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of a LusaView IPTV subscription via lusaview.com. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use LusaView. Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use within your own household.
LusaView provides access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content via IPTV credentials, delivered after payment. You'll need your own compatible device, a supported app (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or IBO Player), and an internet connection — we don't supply hardware.
Plans are sold as a one-time payment for a fixed term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). They do not auto-renew — access simply ends at the end of your term unless you purchase a new one.
Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp and confirmed once payment is received via the payment link we send you, or by bank transfer. Prices are shown in EUR and USD on our website at the time of ordering.

Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LusaView is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without affecting any refund rights you may already have under our Refund Policy.
