Uses Amazon's own built-in app installer — no jailbreak, no third-party store.
Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources."
Search "Downloader" in the Amazon Appstore and install it — a free app used to install other apps via a link.
Open Downloader and install TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or IBO Player. We'll tell you which we recommend.
Open the app and enter the playlist link or Xtream Codes login we send you. Channels and EPG load automatically.
Works the same way on any Android device — phones, tablets, and Android TV boxes.
On your Android device, open Google Play Store — no extra setup needed.
Search for TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or GSE Smart IPTV and install it.
Open the app and select "Xtream Codes API" or "M3U URL" as the playlist type.
Paste in the login details or playlist link we send you on WhatsApp, then save.
Slightly different depending on your TV's operating system — here's how to tell which path you need.
Sony, TCL, Hisense, and other TVs running Android TV or Google TV have the Play Store built in — follow the Android steps above, directly on the TV.
These don't support sideloaded apps directly. The most reliable option is the "Smart IPTV" app from your TV's app store, which links to your playlist using your TV's MAC address — message us and we'll walk you through registering it.
A couple of App Store apps handle IPTV playback well on iOS — here's the fastest path.
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
Search for "GSE Smart IPTV" or "Smarters Player Lite" and install.
Open the app, choose to add a playlist by M3U URL or Xtream Codes, and enter your details.
The quickest option uses software you may already have installed.
VLC Media Player is free and open-source — download it from videolan.org if you don't already have it.
In VLC: Media → Open Network Stream, then paste the playlist URL we send you.
For a proper channel guide and categories, install the IPTV Smarters desktop app instead and log in with your details.
The most common setup issues, and the real fix for each one.
Usually your connection, not the app. Test your internet speed (aim for 15–25 Mbps minimum), switch to a wired connection or move closer to your router, and close other apps/devices using bandwidth. If it only happens on one specific channel, message us — that source may need to be refreshed on our end.
Double-check the playlist URL or username/password for typos — copy-paste is safer than typing it manually. Also confirm your subscription hasn't expired, and that you're not logged in on a second device at the same time (each plan supports 1 active connection).
Most apps need the EPG to do its first full refresh, which can take a few minutes after setup. If it's still empty after 10–15 minutes, check your app's settings for an "EPG source" or "refresh guide" option.
Confirm you've selected an HD/FHD/4K stream where available (some channels only broadcast in SD), and that your internet speed supports it. A slow connection will force lower quality automatically to avoid buffering.
Not on a single-connection plan — logging in on a second device while the first is active will disconnect one of them. If your household needs multiple simultaneous streams, message us on WhatsApp about upgrading your connections.
No problem — message us on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through it live, screen by screen, until it's working. Message us directly on WhatsApp.
